Paopao bought me 5 blooms that day <3. A few days later. I decided to make a pot for these flowers. Its made out of a used plastic container of a sharpener (the one that holds the waste from a sharpened pencil), stacked with Styrofoam on the inside, wrapped with a palm leaf that i found on my school which I posted before and topped with hot glue covered with oil paint. :) Sorry I was too lazy to do photo ops of the process :)

Valentine Blooms
On the day before Valentines Day. Paopao and I went to a mall and discovered a booth (Cream of the Craft) that is selling snowy flowers! We were both amazed by the cute and tiny flowers. These flowers are actually real flowers that is already dead that has undergone the process of frosting technology to maintain the moisture content of the flower. The flowers by the way is a type of Chrysanthemum. It closes when sprayed with water and goes full bloom when dry. :)

Week in Photos
Hello everyone! I'm back again from heckuva busy days! Whenever I am so busy I have a tendency to take an artsy fartsy breather. :) just to keep my adrenalines calm down for a while :) because I believe that everyone who caught themselves within the busy lane deserves an Artsy Fartsy Break ;)
I just made the ones below. Tried making paper cut art on a foam paper but didn't work out so well. They're supposed to be roses if you could figure them out. ;)
Below are the results of my watercolor breaks.

Week in Photos
Few weeks ago when me and Paopao were walking down from CAFA (College of Architecture and Fine Arts) building, I found these shreds (I've no idea what they're actually called) from a palm tree. I was stunned by its texture. I mean look at that! Beautiful! Even Paopao marveled about it too. haha! I immediately cut parts of it for me to take home.
I've tried cutting it into strips to make a weave out of it. I'm going to post about it soon. :) You may want to keep in touch ;)
Minutes before I made this post, I tried on doing 3D Watercolored Paper hearts. I got this idea from Mini Eco. She's so talented in making 3D geometric shapes using paper. She has templates for her tutorials making it very easy to make. I've been itching for ages to try on doing one of her tutorials. I finally had the free time tonight so I immediately tried to make one. These will be a good idea for gifts and surprises ;)

Pink Paper Roses
Finally here are my paper roses! :) I am so glad that I made them on my own. I practiced for days just to achieve them and I even made my own template because I want something that is originally mine. I made them using vellum paper, colored with watercolor, and applied a small amount of glitter glue on each of the petals. Hope you guys find it beautiful Enjoy! :)
