Hey guys!! I finally had the free time to do crafts. This time, I made a flower crown for our angel figurine using my extra trial paper roses. She really deserves the crown! ;)

Pink Paper Roses

Finally here are my paper roses! :) I am so glad that I made them on my own. I practiced for days just to achieve them and I even made my own template because I want something that is originally mine. I made them using vellum paper, colored with watercolor, and applied a small amount of glitter glue on each of the petals. Hope you guys find it beautiful Enjoy! :)

Paper Hydrangeas

Finally, here's the photos of my Hydrangeas! It took me so loooooong to finish these 3 because I was so busy meeting deadlines. I just had 2 weeks of less sleep. And I will have mooooore! Whew! So yeah. By the way, I got the idea from Lia Griffith, my idol. She's got this incredible knack of creating very beautiful paper flowers! I look up to her so much that I want to be like her someday and leave architecture behind. HAHA! So Enjoy! :)

Paper Blooms

Those paper roses above are my first ever paper flowers. :) Made them while waiting for ISMIS. :)

A few days after, I came across this great video tutorial by Robert Mahar at Youtube and immediately tried to make the ones below. I made my own version by reducing the size and also painted the petals in watercolor instead of using a colored construction paper. I'd be making a tutorial on this soon so stay tuned :)

Gift Wrap No.1

I made this gift wrap for the papercut monograms I made for my friend on my previous post. This is a no fuss gift wrap and is very easy to make ;)

Step 1: Trace 4 equal circles in any desired diameter and cut them.

Step 2: Neatly fold it into half. Make sure your folds are crisp.

Step 3: For the base, overlap the circles quarterly in a square form.

 Step 4: Glue the sides

Step 5: Put your gift inside, before tying the whole thing with a string.

Step 6: Now that your gift's already put into place, choose any type of ribbon or string for tying.
You can do any knot that you like.

Tada!!! And here's a very humble gift wrap. :)
