Paper Hydrangeas

Finally, here's the photos of my Hydrangeas! It took me so loooooong to finish these 3 because I was so busy meeting deadlines. I just had 2 weeks of less sleep. And I will have mooooore! Whew! So yeah. By the way, I got the idea from Lia Griffith, my idol. She's got this incredible knack of creating very beautiful paper flowers! I look up to her so much that I want to be like her someday and leave architecture behind. HAHA! So Enjoy! :)

Paper Blooms


Those paper roses above are my first ever paper flowers. :) Made them while waiting for ISMIS. :)

A few days after, I came across this great video tutorial by Robert Mahar at Youtube and immediately tried to make the ones below. I made my own version by reducing the size and also painted the petals in watercolor instead of using a colored construction paper. I'd be making a tutorial on this soon so stay tuned :)

While surfing the net, I came across these brilliant illustrations. These are Federico Babina's illustrated alphabet of architects. As an architecture student, I find this so A W E S O M E , I just can't help but post this for you guys. :)
